Thya began her career with the Sheriff’s Office in May 2023 and serves as one of the HR Recruiting Specialists. She collaborates closely with the Academy Recruits, Professional Standards, and Patrol divisions to meet staffing needs. Previously, she has held various HR roles with a home health agency and a grocery retail chain. Thya is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at home with her boyfriend and two fur babies, Bo and Cleo.
