Deputy Rodriguez has proudly served with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office since 2022. She began her career in the Detention Facility before transferring to the Community Connections Team, where she expanded her involvement across multiple community-focused initiatives. Her work in Community Engagement within the Professional Standards Division strengthened her ability to collaborate with residents, build trust, and represent the Sheriff’s Office through outreach, education, and service-driven programs. She is also an active member of the Mentorship Committee, supporting new deputies as they begin their careers. Deputy Rodriguez also recently became CIT certified.

Deputy Rodriguez became the recruiter in 2025 and strives to assist individuals who are interested in law enforcement, helping them navigate the hiring process, and guiding them toward their path in this rewarding career.
